【摘要】 为进一步加强高校实验技术队伍建设,更好为高校教学、科研和人才培养提供强有力支撑,根据当前高校实验技术队伍建设存在地位不高、定位不明、管理体制落后、岗位职责不清晰等问题,结合广东工业大学实验技术队伍现状,以及"高水平大学"建设对实验技术队伍的需求,提出定编精确测算方法和精细化岗位设置方案,及时解决了实验技术队伍编制核算问题,建立了实验技术队伍激励机制。同时经过2年多的实践运行,面对测算方案模型存在的不足,提出了科学的优化策略和解决方案,有效破解实验技术队伍定编定岗的难题,为理工科院校实验技术定编定岗改革路径提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further strengthen the construction of experimental technical team,and to provide a strong support for teaching,scientific research and personnel training in colleges and universities,according to the existing problems in the construction of experimental technical teams in colleges and universities,such as the status of the team is not high,the position is unclear,the management system is backward,and the post responsibility is not clear and so on,this paper combines the experimental technical team of Guangdong University of Technology with the demand of the "high level university"to the experimental technical team,puts forward a precise calculation method and the fine post setting scheme to solve the problem of the experimental technical team in time,and establishes the incentive mechanism of the experimental technical team. At the same time,after more than two years of practice,facing on the shortcomings of the calculation scheme model,the article puts forward the scientific optimization strategy and solution to effectively crack the difficult problems of the experimental technical team. It may provide a reference basis for the reform path of the experimental technology in the science and engineering colleges.更多还原
