趾板型式对面板堆石坝变形特征的影响

【摘要】 在混凝土面板堆石坝的设计中,趾板的布置方式一般采用趾板面等高线垂直于趾板基准线,而有时为施工方便并减小开挖工程量,设计时将岸边趾板面与面板表面处于同一平面,岸边趾板段的周边缝缝面为铅直缝。针对这种新型的趾板型式,以四川省某水库为例,采用三维有限元法,开展面板堆石坝变形特性分析,得出趾板与面板采用非正交的布置方式与规范趾板相比,周边缝的错对位移及趾板的应力水平都有较大幅度的提高,位移值和应力值在结构允许范围之内,结构可满足安全运行要求,研究成果对类似工程具有重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 During the design of the concrete face rockfill dam, the toe plate is generally arranged with the toe plate contour line perpendicular to the toe plate reference line, and sometimes it is convenient for construction and reduces the amount of excavation work. The surface is in the same plane as the surface of the panel, and the seam surface around the toe section of the bank is a vertical seam. Aiming at this new type of toe plate, taking a reservoir in Sichuan Province as an example, using the three-dimensional finite element method to analyze the deformation characteristics of the face rockfill dam, it is concluded that the toe plate and the panel adopt non-orthogonal arrangement and standard toe plate phase. Compared with the displacement of the surrounding seam and the stress level of the toe board, the displacement value and the stress value are within the allowable range of the structure, and the structure can meet the requirements of safe operation. The research results have important reference value for similar projects.
