50份小麦新种质抗旱性综合评价

【摘要】 通过田间直接鉴定试验,测定50份小麦新种质的农艺性状,通过主成分分析、隶属函数分析等综合评价50份小麦新种质的抗旱性。结果表明,单一农艺性状指标抗旱指数存在差异性,对小麦抗旱性评价价值不大;通过主成分分析将4个农艺性状指标转换为2个独立综合指标;通过抗旱性综合评价值D分析,获得1个抗旱品种、47个中抗旱品种、2个较敏感品种,其中,晋太148抗旱性综合评价值最高。研究综合评价50份小麦新种质抗旱性,可为其抗旱性鉴定及选种推广提供科学理论依据。

【Abstract】 To comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of 50 new wheat germplasms, the agronomic traits of 50 new wheat germplasms were determined by direct field identification test. The drought resistance was evaluated by principal component analysis and membership function analysis. The result showed that there was a difference in drought resistance index of single agronomic traits, and it was of little value in evaluating drought resistance of wheat. The study further converted four agronomic traits into two independent comprehensive indicators through principal component analysis. Through drought analysis of comprehensive evaluation value D, one drought-resistant variety, 47 drought-tolerant varieties and two more sensitive varieties were obtained. Among them, Jintai 148 had the highest comprehensive evaluation value of drought resistance. The study, which comprehensively evaluated the drought resistance of 50 new wheat germplasms, can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the identification and selection of drought resistance.
