【摘要】 目的:探讨气管和支气管特殊异物的临床特征及手术方法,以提高诊治率。方法:回顾性分析1 639例气管和支气管异物患者的临床资料,其中特殊异物13例,分析患者的年龄、性别、病史、异物部位、种类及并发症。结果:特殊异物患者多在全麻下硬质支气管镜探查及取出异物。结论:异物吸入史、胸部听诊、胸部透视纵隔摆动是诊断气管和支气管特殊异物的简便而有效的方法。异物取出术中气道管理、黏膜充分麻醉是手术的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical features and surgical methods of special foreign bodies in trachea and bronchus,it could be improve the rate of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 1 639 patients with tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies was retrospectively analyzed.13 cases are special foreign body on tracheal and bronchial.Analyze patient’s age,gender,medical history,complications,location and type of foreign body,the patient who had special foreign body on trachea and bronchus.Results:Under general anesthesia,the foreign body could be probed and extracted by hard bronchoscopy.Conclusion:History of foreign body inhalation,chest auscultation,mediastinal flutter by thorax perspective are simple and effective methods to diagnose special foreign body in trachea and bronchi.Airway management and sufficient anesthesia of mucosal are the key points of the operation.更多还原
