Bi2WO6/BiVO4复合材料的制备及光催化降解甲基橙的研究

【摘要】 以Bi(NO33·5H2O,Na2WO4·2H2O和NH4VO3为原料,采用水热法合成Bi2WO6/BiVO4复合材料,并对其进行X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征,探讨了合成条件(质量配比、温度)对Bi2WO6/BiVO4复合材料的晶型、形貌等方面的影响。以甲基橙水溶液为目标降解物,研究了在氙灯光源照射作用下Bi2WO6/BiVO4复合材料的光催化性能,结果表明:温度对Bi2WO6和BiVO4的光催化性能有较大影响;在Bi2WO6和BiVO4质量比为1∶1,处理温度为300℃时Bi2WO6/BiVO4光催化材料具有较好的光催化活性,对甲基橙的光催化降解效率可达到97.63%。复合材料重复使用5次其降解效率没有明显的变化,催化剂的稳定性较好。

【Abstract】 Bi2WO6/BiVO4 composite photocatalyst crystals were prepared by hydrothermal method used Bi(NO33·5 H2O, Na2WO4·2 H2O and NH4 VO3 as raw materials. Bi2WO6/BiVO4 composites’ s crystal form and morphology influenced by mass ratio and calcine temperature were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The photocatalytic performance of Bi2WO6/BiVO4 composite was determined by the methyl orange used as the degradation substance under xenon lamp. The results showed that calcine temperature affect the photocatalytic activity of Bi2WO6/BiVO4 much more. The sample calcine at 300 ℃ with BiWO6 and BiVO4 mass ratio of 1∶1, show best catalytic activity, and the degradation rate of methyl orange reach to 97.63%. After repeated 5 times the degradation ration of methyl orange almost unchanged, showing good reusability.
