【摘要】 目的:观察不同剂量玻璃酸钠对胫骨平台骨折术后疼痛及膝关节功能的影响。方法:选取某院2018年3月～2019年5月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者78例为研究对象,遵循随机对照原则将其分为两组各39例,A组给予低剂量(20mg/次)玻璃酸钠治疗,B组给予高剂量(25mg/次)玻璃酸钠治疗,观察两组疼痛、炎症因子及膝关节功能。结果:A组术后3d、7d VAS评分高于B组,术后7d CRP高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后7d、4周ROM低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与低剂量玻璃酸钠相比,高剂量玻璃酸钠更利于缓解胫骨平台骨折患者术后疼痛程度,可降低炎症反应,促进膝关节功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of different doses of sodium hyaluronate on postoperative pain and knee joint function in tibial plateau fracture. Methods: 78 patients with tibial plateau fracture in a hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups by randomized controlled method, with 39 cases in each group. Group A was given low dose(20 mg/time) of sodium hyaluronate, and group B was treated with high dose(25 mg/time) of sodium hyaluronate. The pain, inflammatory factors and knee joint function in two groups were observed. Results: VAS scores at 3 and 7 days after surgery in group A were higher than those in group B, and CRP scores at 7 days after surgery were higher than those in group B, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05); ROM at 7 days and 4 weeks after operation in group A was lower than that in group B, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with low dose of sodium hyaluronate, high dose of sodium hyaluronate for patients with tibial plateau fracture can relieve postoperative pain, reduce inflammatory response, and promote recovery of knee joint function.更多还原
