【Abstract】 PSA is a mature technology for supplying pure hydrogen in petrochemical industry. The main problems in the operation of this unit are as follows: the powder of adsorbent causes great trouble to the smooth operation of the device. By analyzing the fluidization conditions of adsorbents, a feasible scheme is provided to prevent fluidization of adsorbents. The fluidization of adsorbent can be prevented by adding inert ceramic spheres to the adsorbent bed.更多还原
