惰性瓷球在变压吸附中阻止吸附剂粉化的作用分析
Analysis of Inert Ceramic Ball in Preventing Sorbent Powder in PSA Unit
【摘要】 变压吸附(PSA)是石油化工中提供工业级以上纯氢气的成熟技术。此装置的运行过程出现的主要问题为:吸附剂粉化对装置平稳运行造成很大困扰。通过分析吸附剂流化条件,进一步提供一种可行方案防止吸附剂流化:即通过在吸附剂床层的顶部增加惰性瓷球来预防吸附剂的流化。
【Abstract】 PSA is a mature technology for supplying pure hydrogen in petrochemical industry. The main problems in the operation of this unit are as follows: the powder of adsorbent causes great trouble to the smooth operation of the device. By analyzing the fluidization conditions of adsorbents, a feasible scheme is provided to prevent fluidization of adsorbents. The fluidization of adsorbent can be prevented by adding inert ceramic spheres to the adsorbent bed.
