生活垃圾焚烧炉渣底泥对沥青胶浆性能的影响
Effect of Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator Bottom Ash Powder on Performance of Asphalt Mastic
【摘要】 炉渣底泥是生活垃圾焚烧炉渣经湿法工艺选矿后得到的粉料。试验分析了炉渣底泥与石灰岩矿粉的基本性能及形貌特征;采用重复蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)、弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)分析了炉渣底泥以不同质量替代矿粉时对沥青胶浆高温、低温性能的影响;采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验,测试分析了炉渣底泥替代矿粉对沥青混合料高温、低温性能的影响。结果表明,与天然石灰岩矿粉相比,炉渣底泥的平均粒径略粗、pH值高、亲水系数小、表面孔隙构造发达;随着炉渣底泥对矿粉的替代率增加,沥青胶浆的高温性能提升,低温性能略有下降;沥青混合料的高温、低温试验结果与沥青胶浆的试验结果具有一致性。
【Abstract】 Bottom ash powder(BAP) is obtained from municipal solid waste incinerator(MSWI) after screening by wet process.The basic properties and morphological characteristics of BAP and limestone powder(LP) were analyzed.Multiple stress creep recovery test(MSCR) and Bending beam rheometer test(BBR) were used to analyze the effect of BAP on high-temperature and low-temperature performance of asphalt mastic when LP was partly replaced by BAP.The influence of BAP on the performance of asphalt mixture at high temperature and low temperature was tested by Rutting test and Low temperature bending test.The results show that compared with LP,BAP’s average particle size is relatively coarser,and BAP has smaller hydrophilic coefficient and larger pH,and BAP has a porous structure.As the replacement rate of BAP increases,the high temperature performance of asphalt mastic increases and the low temperature performance decreases.Asphalt mixture performance test results and asphalt mastic performance test results are consistent.
