响应面法优化超声波辅助提取金红苹果多酚工艺研究

【摘要】 以新鲜金红苹果为原料,乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,超声波辅助提取金红苹果中的多酚物质。在单因素试验的基础上,采用四因素三水平的响应面试验优化设计,研究超声波功率、乙醇体积分数、提取时间、液料比4个因素对多酚得率的影响。结果显示最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波功率580 W,乙醇体积分数40%,提取时间35 min,液料比(mL∶g) 30∶1,在此工艺条件下,金红苹果多酚的得率达5.38%,与预测值5.74%接近。

【Abstract】 Polyphenol were extracted from Jin Hong-apple with ethanol and ultrasonic assistance.On the basis of single factor experiment,according to the principle of Box-Benhnken experiment design,the response surface experiment with four factors and three levels was used to study the effect of ultrasonic power,ethanol concentration,extraction time,and liquid-solid ratio on the yield of polyphenols.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 580 W of ultrasonic powder,40% of ethanol concentration,35 min of extraction time and 30:1(mL/g) of liquid-solid ratio.Under this condition,the polyphenols yield of golden red apple reached 5.38%,which was close to the predicted value of 5.74%.
