人源丁酸梭菌TK520的筛选及其特性研究
Screening and characterization of human clostridium butyricum TK520
【摘要】 从健康女性粪便中筛选出一株耐氧性丁酸梭菌TK520,并对其特性进行研究。试验结果显示,丁酸梭菌TK520在限氧条件下仍能达到较高的菌体浓度,具有较好的耐氧性,利于丁酸梭菌的工业应用。测定丁酸梭菌TK520特性结果显示,丁酸梭菌TK520发酵α-酮异己酸(KIC)产量最高为(6.23±0.75) mg/L;蛋白酶酶活力最高为(50.74±1.82) U/mL;木聚糖酶的酶活力最高为(2.5±0.04) U/mL。
【Abstract】 An oxygen resistant strain of C. butyricum TK520 was screened from feces of healthy women. The results showed that the cell concentration of fermentation broth of C. butyricum TK520 could reach a high level under a large amount of limiting oxygen, it showed that C. butyricum TK520 had good oxygen-resistance and was beneficial to industrial application. Production ability of C. butyricum TK520 was tested, the results showed that: the butyric acid production of C. butyricum TK520 was higher than that of the tested strains, the yield of KIC was the highest 6.23 ±0.75 mg/L, the protease activity in fermentation liquid was the highest 50.74 ± 1.82 U/mL, and the xylanase activity was highest 2.5 ± 0.04 U/mL.
