煤灰主要成分与流动温度关系预测
Prediction of Relationship Between Main Components of Coal Ash and Flow Temperature
【摘要】 煤灰熔融性影响到燃煤电厂锅炉尾部受热面的结渣、堵塞问题,为了准确预测煤灰在特定温度下的熔融行为,根据不同煤灰流动温度的原始数据,煤灰的流动温度作为因变量,主要成分、酸碱比作为独立变量,利用FactSage软件,通过多元线性拟合准确建立煤灰主要成分与流动温度的回归方程,对煤灰流动温度具有很好的预测效果。
【Abstract】 Influence on coal ash melting to coal-fired power plant boiler heating surface at the slagging,congestion,in order to predict the coal ash in the melting behavior of particular temperature,according to the original data of different coal ash flow temperature,the flow of the coal ash temperature as a dependent variable,main ingredients,acid and alkali than as independent variables,using FactSage software,through multiple linear fitting accuracy to establish the regression equation of the coal ash ingredients and the fluid temperature,temperature of coal ash flows have very good prediction effect.
