不同砧木嫁接对高山西瓜生长发育及产量的影响
Effects of Different Grafting Rootstocks on Growth and Yield of Alpine Watermelon
【摘要】 为筛选出适合余姚市高山西瓜嫁接的高抗砧木新品种,引进不同类型砧木嫁接惠兰西瓜,通过对成活率、根系、抗病性、生长发育及产量等指标进行比较分析,结果表明:以甬砧10号作砧木嫁接的惠兰西瓜综合性状较好,表现为嫁接苗成活率高,定植后生长势较强,枯萎病发病率为0.00%,叶枯病发病率为6.7%,都明显好于惠兰西瓜自根苗。果实中心糖含量为11.6%,高于对照,边缘糖含量与对照接近。单果质量增加,产量高,平均每667 m~2产量为3 120.0 kg,增产显著,可在余姚市高山地区进一步示范推广。
【Abstract】 In order to screen out the new high-resistance rootstock cultivars suitable for the grafting of alpine watermelons in Yuyao, different types of rootstocks were introduced to graft Huilan watermelon. The survival rate, root system, disease resistance, growth and yield were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the comprehensive characteristics of Huilan watermelon grafted with ’Yongzhen No.10’ as rootstock were better. The survival rate of seedlings was high, the growth potential was strong after planting, the incidence of fusarium wilt was 0.00%, and the incidence of leaf blight was 6.7%, which were significantly lower than that of self-rooting seedlings. The center sugar content of the fruit was 11.6%, which was higher than the control, and the edge sugar content was close to the control. The weight of single fruit increased, the yield was high, and the average yield was 3 120.0 kg per 667 m~2. The increasing production effect of the grafting method described above was remarkable, which could be further demonstrated and popularized in the alpine areas of Yuyao.
