柱塞间隙厚度对柱塞泵水流动特性的影响分析

【摘要】 柱塞与泵体之间的环形间隙是柱塞泵必不可少的部分,也是影响柱塞泵比较重要的因素。为了使柱塞泵达到更高的效率,对柱塞间隙厚度与柱塞泵流动特性的关系进行了研究。针对柱塞泵环形间隙厚度的不同,采用Pro/E和Gambit软件,对柱塞泵和柱塞泵流域进行了三维建模和网格划分。并借助于Visual C软件,编写了柱塞泵运动边界的UDF程序,将该程序载入Fluent进行数值计算和模拟,以此对不同厚度下的柱塞泵流动特性进行研究。研究结果表明:柱塞泵间隙压力及其泄漏量之间存在一定的关系,柱塞泵效率与环形间隙厚度的大小呈规律性的增长,效率总体趋势取决于环形间隙的厚度。

【Abstract】 The annular clearance between piston and pump is an essential part of piston pump and is an important factor influencing the piston pump performance. To achieve a higher efficiency, we studied the relationship between the width of clearance and flow characteristics of a piston pump. In the light of different widths of annular clearances, we adopted Pro/E and Gambit software to construct a three-dimensional model and grid partition. Visual C software was used to program the UDF of piston pump′s moving boundary, and UDF is used for numerical calculation and simulation. We studied the hydrodynamic characteristics of piston pump under different clearance widths. The results show that there is a relationship between clearance gap pressure and leakage, and the efficiency of piston pump increase with annular clearance width in a regular manner. The overall efficiency of the pump depends on its clearance width.
