【摘要】 【目的】探讨圆利针伞形刺加温针和齐刺温针两种方法对粘连期肩周炎患者的临床疗效。【方法】将180例肩周炎粘连期患者随机分为对照组(齐刺温针)和观察组(圆利针伞形刺加温针),比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肩关节功能评分、肩关节各方向活动度,并评估其临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的肩关节功能评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的肩关节前屈、外展、内旋的活动度明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为92.22%。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】圆利针伞形刺加温针法治疗粘连期肩周炎疗效确切,能显著改善患者局部疼痛,同时能较好地恢复肩关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of umbrella-like needling with warming round-sharp needle and triple needling with warming needle on scapulohumeral periarthritis at adhesive stage. Methods A total of 180 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis at adhesive stage were randomly divided into control group(receiving triple needling with warming needle)and observation group(receiving umbrella-like needling with warming round-sharp needle). The visual analogue scale(VAS)pain scores,scores of shoulder joint function and mobility of shoulder joint were compared in the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results(1)After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of shoulder joint function were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the activity of flexion, abduction and rotation of shoulder joint was improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was97.78% in the treatment group and was 92.22% in the control group,and the curative efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The umbrella-like needling with warming round-sharp needle is effective for the treatment of the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis at adhesive stage,and can significantly improve the local pain and restore shoulder joint function.更多还原
