【摘要】 【目的】观察毫火针疗法在脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者治疗中的疗效。【方法】将66例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各33例,对照组给予电针治疗,治疗组给予毫火针治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(F%)的变化情况,并评价2组的近远期疗效。【结果】(1)近期疗效方面:治疗组总有效率为81.82%,略优于对照组的75.75%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)远期疗效方面:治疗组总有效率为78.78%,明显优于对照组的51.51%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)治疗后2组患者的体质量、BMI和体脂百分比均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但2组治疗后体质量、BMI及体脂百分比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)3个月后随访,治疗组在改善体质量、BMI、体脂百分比方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】毫火针治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者疗效确切,可帮助患者降低体质量及BMI,减少身体脂肪含量,且远期疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of filiform-fire needle therapy for the treatment of simple obesepatients with spleen deficiency and dampness retention type. Methods A total of 66 cases of simple obesity wererandomly divided into control group(N = 33)and treatment group(N = 33)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with filiform-fireneedle. The body mass,body mass index(BMI)and percentage of body fat(F%)were recorded and comparedbetween the two groups. Results(1)Short-term efficacy: the total effective rate in the treatment group was81.82%,and was superior to 75.75% in the control group,but the difference being insignificant(P > 0.05).(2) Long-term efficacy:the total effective rate was 78.78% in the treatment group,and was superior to 51.51%in the control group,the difference being signifficant(P < 0.05).(3)After treatment,the body mass,BMI andF% in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differencesin body mass,BMI and F% after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).(4)The results of follow-up for 3 months showed that the body mass,BMI and F% in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the long-term effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differencebeing statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Filiform-fire needle therapy has a definite curative effect onsimple obese patients with spleen deficiency and dampness retention by decreasing body mass,BMI and body fatcontent,and has satisfactory long-term curative effect.更多还原
