基于旅游效率的江苏省旅游业高质量发展

【摘要】 本文从旅游业效率视角研究旅游业高质量发展,采用DEA方法对江苏省2012-2017年13个城市的旅游综合效率及分解效率的静态值进行测算,分析旅游综合效率与分解效率之间的联系,运用变异系数描述各效率离散程度。结果显示:江苏省旅游综合效率在空间上大致呈现"南北较高、东西较低"的分布格局,综合效率值存在"两头大、中间小"的明显差异;在分解效率中,城市间旅游技术效率差距相对较小,规模效率逐步成为影响旅游综合效率的主导因素。最后,根据测算结果对城市旅游效率进行归类,并提出江苏省旅游业高质量发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses the DEA method to measure the comprehensive tourism efficiency and the static value of decomposition efficiency of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2017, analyzes the relationship between tourism comprehensive efficiency and decomposition efficiency, and uses the coefficient of variation to describe the dispersion degree of each efficiency. The results show that the overall efficiency of tourism in Jiangsu Province is roughly distributed in the space of "higher north and south, lower east and west", and the comprehensive efficiency value has obvious differences of being "big at two ends and small in the middle"; in the decomposition efficiency, the gap of the tourism technical efficiency between cities is relatively small, and the scale efficiency has gradually become the dominant factor affecting the overall efficiency of tourism. At the end of the paper, the efficiency of urban tourism is classified according to the calculation results, and the countermeasures for the high-quality development of tourism are put forward in a targeted manner.更多还原
