【摘要】 目的:探讨基于微信与微课的翻转课堂在急诊实习护士教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年5月～10月40名急诊科实习护士为对照组,实施传统的带教模式;选取2017年11月～2018年4月36名急诊科实习护士为实验组,实施基于微信与微课的翻转课堂教学模式。比较两组理论知识及操作技能成绩,并对实验组进行护理学习现状调查及效果评价。结果:实验组理论知识及操作技能成绩显著高于对照组(P <0. 01); 94. 44%的急诊实习护士对信息素养培养及多种教学方法提升满意度表示期望; 97. 22%急诊实习护士喜欢参加微信与微课的翻转课堂教学。结论:在急诊实习护士培养中实施基于微信与微课的翻转课堂教学模式,能突出其在教学中的主体地位,提高其急救意识、应变能力、创新能力和团结协作等综合能力,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of flipping classroom based on We Chat and micro-class in the teaching of emergency nurses. Methods: Selecting 40 emergency nurse practitioners from May to October 2017 as a control group to implement the traditional teaching mode. From November 2017 to April 2018,36 emergency nurse practitioners were selected as the experimental group to implement the flip classroom teaching mode based on We Chat and micro-course. The theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the two groups were compared,and the nursing learning status of the experimental group was investigated and the effect was evaluated. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 01).94. 44% of emergency nurse practitioners expressed their expectation for information literacy training and various teaching methods to improve satisfaction. 97. 22% of emergency nurse practitioners like to participate in the flip classroom teaching of We Chat and micro-courses.Conclusion: Implementing the inverted classroom teaching mode based on We Chat and micro-class in the training of emergency nurses can highlight its main position in teaching and improve its comprehensive ability of first aid awareness,adaptability,innovation ability and unity and cooperation,which is worthy of application.更多还原
