循环内聚力模型的修正及算法研究

【摘要】 针对Roe等提出的循环内聚力模型中切向卸载/再加载路径与典型的循环应力应变曲线之间存在一定偏差,反向加载时界面单元不能延续卸载前的牵引-分离关系,本文在界面单元遵循等向硬化规律的前提下,提出了切向卸载/再加载规律的修正方法。编写了修正后循环内聚力模型的UEL子程序,采用修正后的循环内聚力模型,在ABAQUS中计算得到自定义界面单元的卸载/再加载路径和循环牵引-分离关系,结果与疲劳理论相吻合。基于修正后的循环内聚力模型,可对粘接界面进行疲劳失效分析。

【Abstract】 There is deviation between the tangential unloading/loadingpaths of the cyclic cohesive zone model proposed by Roe et al and the typical cyclic stress-strain curve.after reverse loading, interface elements couldn’t last the traction-separation relationship before unloading. In this paper, the tangential unloading/loading law was modified under the premise that the interface elements follow Bilinear Isotropy Model. An UEL program for the cyclic cohesive zone model was written, the unloading/loading paths and Predicted CZM response under load-controlled conditions are calculated in ABAQUS based on modified cyclic cohesive zone model, those results are agree well with fatigue theories. Based on the modified cyclic cohesive zone model, fatigue failure analysis of adhesive interface can be carried out.
