基于模型的国Ⅵ重型柴油机DOC辅助DPF系统控制策略研究
Research on Control Strategy of DOC-aided DPF System for China Ⅵ Heavy-duty Diesel Emission Regulation Based on Model
【摘要】 由于国Ⅵ排放法规的加严,本文研究了氧化催化器(DOC)辅助微粒捕集器(DPF)排放控制策略,并用模型实现仿真测试及试验验证。试验结果表明,本文的DOC辅助DPF系统控制策略估算DPF当前碳载量误差在允许范围内,模型DPF温度曲线与实际传感器温度曲线吻合度良好,能很好地完成再生。
【Abstract】 With the strict requirements of China Ⅵ heavy-duty diesel emission regulation, this paper introduces the emission control technology of DOC-aided DPF system, realization base on model and simulation test and vehicle test.The test results show that soot loading calculation deviation is within the allowable range, the model DPF temperature curve coincides well with the actual sensor temperature curve, and could complete the DPF regeneration well.
