【摘要】 目的了解医院静脉用药成品输液放置时间,为保证成品输液质量和患者安全合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取医院2017年10月9日-2017年10月23日住院患者静脉用药医嘱2 119份,对配置时间与给药时间行点评和分析,计算其与说明书的相符率。结果医院静脉用药成品输液放置时间与说明书的相符率为70. 65%(657/930),不相符率为29. 35%(273/930)。不相符率较高的药物主要有长春西汀注射液(13. 01%)、注射用还原型谷胱甘肽钠(7. 53%)、痰热清注射液(4. 52%)、注射用兰索拉唑钠(3. 12%)、注射用环磷酰胺(0. 65%)。结论医院静脉用药成品输液放置时间存在不合理情况,需加强管理,静脉用药调配中心工作人员、护师和患者等需要密切配合,重视放置时间对成品输液质量的影响,保证患者用药安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the storage time of the finished transfusion of intravenous drugs in the hospital,in order to ensure the quality of the finished product infusions and provide the basis for safe and rational use of drugs by patients. Methods Randmly selected 2 119 intravenously used medicines for inpatients in the hospital from October 9,2017 to October 23,2017,and commented on the configuration time and administration time,calculated the compliance rate with the pharmaceutical instructions. Results The compliance rate between the storage time of the finished transfusion in the hospital and the pharmaceutical instructions was only 70. 65%( 657/930),the rate of non-conformity was 29. 35%( 273/930). The drugs with high inconsistency include vinpocetine injection( 13. 01%),injection reduced glutathione sodium( 7. 53%),tanreqing injection( 4. 52%),lansoprazole sodium for injection( 3. 12%),and cyclophosphamide for injection( 0. 65%).Conclusion There is an unreasonable situation of the storage time of intravenous drug infusion in the hospital,and management needs to be strengthened,the staff of the intravenous drug dispensing center,nurses,and patients need to closely cooperate with each other,attach importance to the influence of the placement time on the quality of finished product infusion,and ensure that the patient’s medication is safe and effective.更多还原
