【摘要】 目的观察加味净屑饮治疗血热证寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分成治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组口服加味净屑饮,对照组口服消银颗粒,两组疗程均为8周,以治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数PASI评分和皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)评分的改善程度评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗组患者治疗后PASI评分和DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论加味净屑饮治疗血热证寻常型银屑病的临床疗效好,副作用小,值得临床推广和深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiaweijingxieyin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 60 cases.Treatment group was conduct with oral Jiaweijingxieyin,while control group with oral xiaoyin granules,after a course of 8 weeks,the improvement of PASI score and DLQI score of psoriasis skin lesion area and severity index before and after treatment was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After treatment,PASI score and DLQI score of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Jiaweijingxieyin has good clinical effect and little side effects in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth study.更多还原
