【Abstract】 Being a harmonious ecological cultural concept,the " Great Cultural View" is a spatiotemporal and interdisciplinary way of observing and explaining the world from a broad,macro and holistic cultural perspective.As an important cultural production institution in society,universities urgently need to strengthen cultural construction and governance,reconstruct the spiritual home of society,create excellence with soul,and realize the consciousness and confidence of university culture.Therefore,the governance of university culture should highlight the core mission of " humanization" and " culturalization" with the instruction of " Great Cultural View" to build a comprehensive morality culture,specialty culture,happy campus culture and harmonious ecological culture.From a historical perspective,university governance is also a kind of culture,which has experienced from bureaucratic model,peer model,political model and control model,and is approaching cultural governance model.更多还原
