船舶柴油机数据采集和动力匹配研究

【摘要】 完成了船舶柴油机数据采集和船岸通信平台的搭建,以发动机万有特性MAP对实测数据进行有效性验证,说明该系统可用于评价船舶发动机和船舶的运营状态。通过实船采集转速、功率、航速和油耗等参数,在船舶的动力匹配性、安全性、经济性和排放等方面进行研究分析。结果表明:在一个航期的船舶运行过程中,主机常用工况(1 900~2 100 r/min、60~80 kW)与设计工况基本一致,但额定转速时螺旋桨处于"桨重"状态,船舶1个航期的船舶营运能耗指数为9.69×10-5 t CO2/(人·海里)。根据法规要求计算得到实船NOx加权比排放为6.206 g/(kW·h),与台架试验值基本一致,并且比IMO Tier 2排放限值低18.1%。

【Abstract】 This paper established a marine diesel engine system which integrated data acquisition and aboard-ashore communication. According to the universal characteristic map of diesel engine, the measured data was validated. It shows that the system can be used to evaluate the operating condition of ship and diesel engine. Based on the testing results of engine speed, engine power, ship speed and fuel consumption, the power matching, economy, security and emission of ship were analyze. The result shows that the common working and 60~80 kW, but the propeller was remain in a heavy state under rated speed, and the calculated EEOI was 9.69×10-5 tCO2/(person·nm). According to the requirements of emission regulation, the NOx brake specific emission calculated from testing data was 6.206 g/(kW·h), and it show a good agreement with experimental data. In the meanwhile, the emission value was 18.1 % lower than IMO Tier 2 limit.
