【Abstract】 Changing the traditional teaching mode, making the classroom full of charm, stimulating students’ interest in learning, and strengthening the theoretical teaching effect of Food Chemistry are the main problems and challenges in the Food Chemistry teaching. The author tried to combine the problem-based-learing method and the case-based teaching method to explore the teaching methods of Food Chemistry course.
