【摘要】 文章从创新性地探索动物伦理中的"是-应该"的休谟难题入手,通过元伦理学方法论证动物伦理的价值规范的形成过程,对道德判断和逻辑判断的形成机制进行心理学考察和现象学考察,从而提炼出动物伦理的总价值规范——禁止肆意伤害动物的绝对命令,再在此总价值规范下延展出实践上的禁止肆意杀害动物、禁止肆意虐待动物、禁止肆意侵害动物的栖息地和生存环境的三大实践规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper starts with an innovative exploration on the Hume problem of " is-ought" in animal ethics,the forming process of the value norms of animal ethics is demonstrated through the method of meta-ethics,and through psychological and phenomenological investigation to the formation mechanism of moral judgment and logical judgment,so as to extract the total value norms of the animal ethical--the categorical imperative of prohibit of unnecessary harm,and then under the total value norms of the animal ethics stretched out three practice norms which are the prohibition of killing animals willfully、prohibition of cruelty to animals willfully and prohibit the wanton invasion & destruction of animal habitats and living environment.更多还原
