高硫煤灰中硫的释放规律
Release Law of Sulfur from High-sulfur Coal Ash
【摘要】 利用热重-红外联用(TG-FTIR)技术,结合模拟灰,研究高硫煤灰在升温过程中释放的含硫气体组成及其释放的温度范围,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析熔渣形貌,探讨高硫煤灰中硫元素的释放特性及其对熔渣形貌的影响。结果表明:煤灰中残留的硫化物硫(FeSx)在1 080℃左右再次释放出含硫气体,脱硫后的熔渣结构致密;硫酸盐硫(SO■)在1 200℃~1 300℃发生反应,以SO2的形式释放,熔渣结构疏松。煤灰中的硫再次脱除会影响熔渣的结构。
【Abstract】 The TG-FTIR was employed to detect the composition and temperature range of sulfur-containing gas released from the high-sulfur coal ash and the synthetic coal ash during heating process,and the morphology of slag was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. In this way, the release properties of sulfur in high-sulfur coal ash and its influence on the morpho-logy of slag were summarized. The results show that the sulfide(FeSx) in the coal ash releases the sulfur-containing gas once again at about 1 080 ℃, and the microstructure of slag is compact after the sulfur removed; the sulfate(SO■) reacts at 1 200 ℃-1 300 ℃, during which SO2 is released, and the microstructure of slag is loose. The secondary removal of sulfur from the coal ash affects the microstructure of the slag.
