【摘要】 目的:评价长脉冲1064nmNd:YAG激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴儿血管瘤的疗效。方法:选取90例婴儿血管瘤患者,随机分为三组,每组各30例,分别采用长脉冲1 064nmNd:YAG激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗(联合组)、单纯激光治疗(激光组)及单纯噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗(药物组),观察各组的临床疗效。结果:治疗3个月后观察三组临床疗效,其中联合组痊愈率为63.33%,激光组为53.33%,药物组为10.00%,三组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3～6个月后统计治愈患者需要治疗的激光次数,联合组所需治疗次数少,联合组与激光组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.56,P<0.05);三组不良反应比较,联合组为10.00%,激光组为40.00%,药物组为13.33%,联合组与激光组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三组均无严重不良反应。结论:长脉冲1 064nmNd:YAG激光联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴儿血管瘤,可缩短治疗疗程,减少激光使用次数,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of long-pulesd 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with topical application of timolol maleate eye drops in treating infantile hemangiomas. Methods 90 cases of infantile hemangiomas randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases in each group. Combined group was treated with long-pulesd 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser combined with topical application of Timolol maleate eye drops,laser group was treated with long-pulesd 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser,drug group was treated with topical application of timolol maleate eye drops,then analyzed the therapeutic effect of each group.Results After 3 months of treatment, the clinical effects of the three groups were observed. the cure rate of combined group was 63.33%,laser group was 53.33% and drug group was 10.00%.The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the number of laser needed to treat the cured patients was counted, and the number of times needed in the combined group was less. There was a significant difference between the combined group and the laser group(P<0.05). Conclusion Long-pulesd 1 064 nmNd:YAG laser combined with topical application of timolol maleate eye drops can exert their advantages on the treatment of infantile hemangiomas,the combination therapy was an effective and low side-effect treatment.更多还原
