全自动极限氧指数测定仪的研发
Development of Fully Automatic Limiting Oxygen Index Tester
【摘要】 探讨全自动极限氧指数测定仪的开发过程。该全自动极限氧指数测定仪以PLC逻辑控制器、质量流量控制器为核心部件,配合开发专用上位机操作软件,实现了氧浓度的全自动调节,试样上边沿自动均匀点燃,同时记录续燃时间和阴燃时间,极限氧指数平均误差0.1%,平均每次试验节省2.03 h。认为:该仪器试验结果准确性高、效率高,为阻燃性能的检测提供了可靠保证。
【Abstract】 Development process of fully automatic limiting oxygen index tester was discussed.PLC logic controller and mass flow controller were taken as core components of fully automatic limiting oxygen index tester.Cooperated with development of special upper computer operating software,automatic adjustment of oxygen concentration was realized.Sample edge was automatically uniform ignited.Burn-in time and smoldering time were recorded at the same time.Average error of limiting oxygen index was 0.1%.Average time saved by each test was 2.03 h.It is considered that the test results are highly accurate and efficient,which could provide reliable guarantee for flame retardant property detection.
