【摘要】 探讨在JWF1551型三通道数码纺纱平台上纺制段彩纱的工艺优化方案。以纱线混纺比、分段时间、捻系数、纺纱锭速等4个工艺参数作为研究对象进行四因素四水平正交试验,研究了综合因素条件下段彩纱的最佳工艺配置。研究结果表明:纺制恒定混纺比、颜色交替变化的19.4tex段彩纱,其最优工艺配置为混纺比1∶2,分段时间4s,捻系数320,锭速8 000r/min。认为:分段时间、锭速及混纺比是影响段彩纱成纱性能的主要因素。

【Abstract】 Process optimization scheme of spinning segment colored yarn on JWF1551three-channel digital spinning platform was discussed.Four process parameters,such as yarn blending ratio,segmentation time,twisting factor and spindle speed were used as the research object to carry out four-factor four-level orthogonal test.The best process configuration of colored yarn under comprehensive factor condition was studied.The result showed that the optimum process configuration of 19.4tex segment colored yarn with constant blending ratio and color alternating was blending ratio 1∶2,segmentation time 4s,twist factor 320 and spindle speed 8 000r/min.It is considered that the segmentation time,spindle speed and blending ratio are the main factors affecting segment colored yarn properties.
