【摘要】 针对"运营管理"课程教学过程中存在的问题,根据杜威的教育理念,对"运营管理"课程从教学内容、教学方法和考核方式三个方面进行了改革,让学生成为课堂中的主角,扮演公司运营的各种角色,对标现实中的公司进行运营管理。对学生进行了问卷调查,发现课程改革达到了预期目的,即提高了同学们的表达能力和分析解决问题的能力,具有较大的实践推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem existing in the course of instructing operation management, according to Dewey’s educational idea, the course of operation management has been reformed from three aspects: teaching concept, teaching method and assessment method, so that the students become the main characters in the classroom and play various roles in the operation of the company to operate and manage the company, benchmarking the company in the real world.
