阻燃型沙柳液化产物/异氰酸酯泡沫声学性能研究

【摘要】 为研究阻燃剂种类、含量对硬质聚氨酯(PU)泡沫吸声性能的影响,以沙柳多元醇液化产物(LP)和异氰酸酯为主原料,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂、水为发泡剂,添加阻燃剂制备沙柳液化产物/异氰酸酯泡沫(LP-PU)。采用驻波管法测定硬质LP-PU泡沫在低频区域(125~2000Hz)的声学性能,以平均吸声系数、降噪系数和峰值吸声系数为指标考察阻燃剂种类、含量、异氰酸酯用量对LP-PU泡沫吸声性能的影响。在低频区域:阻燃剂种类对LP-PU泡沫吸声性能影响不大,三氧化钼(MoO3)>可膨胀石墨(EG)>有机蒙脱土(OMMT);LP-PU泡沫吸声系数、降噪系数和峰值吸声系数均随MoO3添加量的增加出现先增大后减小的变化趋势,12wt%(相对沙柳液化产物)吸声性能最优,吸声系数0.6087、降噪系数0.6520、峰值吸声系数0.9330(1600Hz);增加异氰酸酯用量LP-PU泡沫吸声性能下降。结果表明合理选择阻燃剂添加量和种类,在获得阻燃型硬质PU泡沫材料的同时可提高其吸声性能。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of kinds and contents of flame retardant on sound absorption properties of rigid polyurethane (PU) foam,the paper states that the liquefied product (LP) of Salix psammophila and isocyanate were used as main materials,using stannous octoate as catalyst and water as foaming agent,LP-PU foam was prepared by adding flame retardant.The acoustic performance of LP-PU foam in the low frequency region (125~2000Hz) was determined by standing wave tube method,taked the average sound absorption coefficient,noise reduction coefficient and peak sound absorption coefficient as indexes,the effects of kinds and contents of flame retardants and the amount of isocyanate on the sound absorption properties of LP-PU foam were investigated.In the low frequency region:the type of flame retardant had little effect on the sound absorption performance of LP-PU foam,Molybdenum trioxide (MoO3)> Expandable graphite (EG)> Organic montmorillonite (OMMT);the LP-PU foam sound absorption coefficient,noise reduction coefficient,and peak sound absorption coefficient all increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of MoO3 added,the absorption performance of 12wt% was optimal,sound absorption coefficient 0.6087,noise reduction coefficient 0.6520,peak sound absorption coefficient 0.9330(1600Hz);the sound absorption performance of LP-PU foam decreases with the increase of isocyanate content.The sound absorption performance of PU foams can be improved while reasonable selected the amount and types of flame retardant additives.
