【摘要】 通过对地方高师院校的学校特色与定位、学科优势、生源情况、社会需求和学生个人发展意愿进行分析,设计了化学专业(师范)以教师教育为主,"一专多能"的分类培养模式,建立了相应的理论与实践课程体系.采用师范技能达标、卓越人才计划以及顶岗实习、实习支教等多种实习模式,加强师资型人才培养;通过双语教学拓展学生的国际化视野;通过科研训练培养学生的创新创业意识.经过多年实践,构建了具有多元就业能力和国际化视野的创新型、复合型人才培养体系,提升了毕业生的就业竞争力.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of school characteristics and positioning, subject advantage, source of students, social needs and students’ personal development intention of local normal universities, a classified training program of "one specialty and multiple abilities" for chemistry majors(teacher education) was designed, and the corresponding theoretical and practical curriculum system established. The training of teacher-oriented talents was strengthened by a variety of internship modes, such as teacher skill training, excellent talents plan, on-the-job practice, and volunteer teaching. Students’ international vision was expanded through bilingual teaching, and consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship were cultivated through scientific research training. After years of practice, an innovative and versatile talent training system with multiple employability and international perspective has been constructed, which has improved the employment competitiveness of graduates.更多还原
