PPP+EPC模式在普通高校新校区建设中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了PPP+EPC模式的内涵及特点,并针对该模式在莆田学院新校区建设中的实践应用,提出了相应的优化及防范措施,希望能为普通高校新校区项目建设提供一定的参考和借鉴.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of the PPP+EPC model, and proposes the corresponding optimization and precautionary measures based on the application of PPP+EPC Mode in the practice of the new campus project of Putian University, to offer reference for other universities in the new campus construction.
