【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the current situation of town and village library service in Yuanzhou District,Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the paper finds some problems exiting in the service, including the imbalance of administrative promotion and internal development, imbalance of human resource allocation in the township public library service, misplacement of cultural service resources and service objects, inefficiency of the function of"network connecting urban and rural areas", and puts forward the opinions and suggestions on the social function and the service of township public library from five aspects.更多还原
