【摘要】 目的 探讨替勃龙联合坦度螺酮治疗女性围绝经期焦虑障碍的临床效果。方法 将60例围绝经期焦虑障碍患者按随机数字表法分为3组,每组20例。A组给予替勃龙治疗,B组给予坦度螺酮治疗,C组给予替勃龙联合坦度螺酮治疗。观察8周。于治疗前及治疗4周末、治疗8周末比较3组汉密顿焦虑量表评分及雌二醇水平。结果 治疗前3组患者汉密顿焦虑量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后A组评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗8周末B组评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗4周末起C组评分较治疗前显著持续降低(P<0.05)。治疗4周末C组评分显著低于A组与B组(P<0.05),治疗8周末B组评分显著低于A组(P<0.05),C组评分显著低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗前3组患者雌二醇水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周末及8周末3组水平较治疗前略有升高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 替勃龙联合坦度螺酮治疗女性围绝经期焦虑障碍疗效显著,可以缓解患者的焦虑症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tibolone combined with tandospirone in the treatment of perimenopausal anxiety disorder in women.Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal anxiety disorder were randomly divided into three groups,20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with tibolone,group B was treated with tandospirone,and group C was treated with tibolone plus tandospirone.Patients were observed for 8 weeks.HAMA scores and estradiol levels were compared among the 3 groups before treatment and at 4 weeks of treatment and at 8 weeks of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the HAMA scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of group A after treatment(P>0.05).At the end of the 8 th week of treatment,the score of group B was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).From the 4 th week of treatment,the score of group C was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).At the end of the 4 th week of treatment,the score of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).At the end of the 8 th week of treatment,the score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05),and the score of group C was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in estradiol levels among the three groups(P>0.05).At 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of the 3 groups were slightly higher than those before the treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tibolone combined with tandospirone is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal anxiety disorders in women and can alleviate anxiety symptoms in patients.更多还原
