【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道超声检查联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平检测对宫外孕的诊断价值。方法 检测80例异位妊娠患者(宫外孕组)和80名宫内正常妊娠妇女(对照组)的血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平,并采用阴道超声检测其子宫内膜厚度。阴道超声检测48 h后,再次检测血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平。比较三种方法单独应用及联合应用对宫外孕的诊断结果。结果 宫外孕组患者第一次检查及48 h后再次检查的血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),子宫内膜厚度显著薄于对照组(P<0.01)。三者联合鉴别诊断宫外妊娠的灵敏度为95.00%、特异度为93.75%、漏诊率为5.00%、误诊率为6.25%。结论 阴道超声检查联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平检测能明显提高宫外妊娠诊断的灵敏度和特异度,优于三者单独应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of vaginal ultrasonography combined with serum β-HCG and progesterone level detection in the differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Serumβ-HCG and progesterone levels were measured in 80 ectopic pregnancy patients(ectopic pregnancy group)and 80 intrauterine normal pregnant women(control group),and the endometrial thickness was measured by vaginal ultrasound.After 48 hours of vaginal ultrasonography,serum β-HCG and progesterone levels were measured again.Results The levels of serum β-HCG,P and endometrium were lower than those in the control group at the first examination and after 48 h(P<0.01).The sensitivity of the above three in the differential diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy was 95.00%,the specificity was 93.75%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 5.00%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 6.25%.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasonography combined with serum β-HCG and progesterone levels can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which is better than the three alone.更多还原
