【摘要】 目的:探讨安非他酮与选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)治疗对首发女性抑郁症患者性功能的影响。方法:60例首发女性抑郁症患者随机分为对照组与研究组各30例。对照组给予SSRI类药物,研究组给予安非他酮治疗,治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、简明女性性功能指数(BISF-W)与性兴奋障碍评分(DSED)比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、女性激素水平及性功能。结果:治疗前两组患者的HAMD-17、BISF-W与DSED评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后两组患者的HAMD-17组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但BISF-W及DSED评分研究组均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安非他酮与SSRI类药物对女性抑郁症患者性功能影响有差异,且安非他酮影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the different effects between bupropion and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRI) antidepressants on the treatment of sexual dysfunction in female patients with first-episode depression. Method:60 female patients with first-episode depression were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, including bupropion group(observation group, n=30) and SSRI antidepressants groups(control group, n=30).After 8 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic response and sexual function were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Score(HAMD-17),Concise Female Sexual Function Index(BISF-W) and Score of Sexual Excitement Disorder(DSED). Results:There were no significant differences in the scores of HAMD-17,BISF-W and DSED between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At the end of the 8 th week,the difference of HAMD-17 scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of BISF-W and DSED in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Different antidepressants have different adverse reaction on sexual function,and bupropion has less adverse effect.更多还原
