【Abstract】 Under the new situation of increasingly fierce global competition, technological innovation has become an important boost to promote regional economic development and competitiveness. It is believed that the independent innovation capability of Hunan Province has been steadily improved, and the comprehensive strength of science and technology has continued to increase, laying a good foundation for the realization of innovative provinces.
