【摘要】 战略管理课程是工商管理类本科专业核心课程,其教学改革备受关注。分析了地方应用型本科高校工商管理类专业战略管理课程教学存在的四个问题:教材内容非定制,不符合自身需求;教学内容多,时间紧,人数多,难以保证教学效果;教学方法单一,学生学习积极性、自觉性不高;课程教学内容的综合性和抽象性,使得学生不容易理解其内涵。并相应做出了相应战略管理课程教学改革的实践探索,从做好工商管理相关专业课程衔接、构建出适应学生基础的模块化内容体系、探索实施新型教学模式、改变课程考核评分方式等四个方面对课程教学改革提出了进一步探索的思考和建议,以期达到提高战略管理课程教学效果和培养学生创新创业能力的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strategic management course is the core course of undergraduate major of business administration and its teaching reform has attracted much attention.This paper analyzes the four problems existing in the teaching of strategic management course of business administration major in local application-oriented universities.Textbook content is not customized,and does not meet students ’ needs;teaching content is much,the time is tight,and the number of students is much,which it is difficult to guarantee the teaching effect;teaching method is single,and students are not motivated to learn;the comprehensive and abstract content of the course makes it difficult for students to understand its connotation.Thus,this paper explores the corresponding teaching reform of strategic management course,and from four aspects of teaching reform it further explores thinking and suggestions,such as,linking up business management related professional courses,building up a modular content system that is suitable for students,carrying out new teaching mode,changing the way of curriculum assessment score,in order to improve teaching effect of strategic management course and cultivate students ’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.更多还原
