地理信息系统在虫媒传染病研究中的应用
Application of Geographic Information System in the Study of Vector-Borne Infectious Diseases
【摘要】 地理信息系统(GIS)是一门综合性学科,具有海量空间数据管理分析、可视化结果展示等特点,已经广泛应用在不同的领域。到目前为止,地理信息系统已被成功应用在莱姆病、疟疾和登革热等虫媒传染病的控制工作中,在获取空间分布信息、预测疾病高危区域以及制订预防措施提供了科学依据,为媒介传播疾病的研究提供了一个新工具。
【Abstract】 Geographic information system(GIS) is a comprehensive subject,with the characteristics of massive spatial data management analysis,visualization results display,etc.,has been widely used in different fields. So far,GIS has been successfully applied in the control of vector-borne infectious diseases such as Lyme disease,Malaria and Dengue fever,providing a scientific basis for acquiring spatial distribution information,predicting disease high-risk areas and formulating preventive measures,and providing a new tool for the study of vector-borne diseases.
