深圳高密度轨交站域建设容量评估

【摘要】 轨交站域已经成为带动土地利用效率的典型城市区域,区域内建设容量的合理强度值需满足城市系统配合效率,研究轨交站域的建设容量可以为未来城市区域集约化建设提供参照。文章以深圳密度一区内轨交站域为样本,对站域建成容量进行调研统计,并与相关规划标准进行比对,分析二者的匹配性及差异性,提出相关修正建议,以期为未来城市高密度区合理建设容量探索提供量化依据。

【Abstract】 The metro station area is a typical urban area that can affect the land use efficiency. The building intensity in the area is determined by the coordination degree of the urban systems. Studying the building intensity of metro station area can provide a reference for the intensive future urban construction. The study takes the metro station areas in the density district 1 of Shenzhen as the samples, and investigates the building intensity of the station areas to compared with the relevant planning standards. After analyzing the matching and difference between the two, the paper puts forward some suggestions in order to provide quantitative basis for the exploration of reasonable building intensity in the future high-density district of the city.
