面向工程系统能力提升的土建类专业培养方案优化
Training plan optimization of civil engineering specialty oriented to improvement of engineering system capability
【摘要】 大工程观是强调系统思考与工程实践的现代工程教育理念,工程系统能力与大工程观存在着密切的关联。基于土建类专业人才培养目标,遴选注册建造师为分析样本,对标国际项目管理执业能力基准,构造工程系统能力KEQ函数,并以引导性课程体系、设计性实践体系为抓手,拟定"三课两环一赛"行动方案,从而实现对土建类专业人才培养方案的有机更新。
【Abstract】 The concept of large-scale engineering emphasizes the modern engineering education concept of systematic thinking and engineering practice. The capability of engineering system is closely related to the concept of large-scale engineering. Through analyzing the training objectives of civil engineering professionals, taking registered builders as analysis samples, drawing lessons from ICB, the KEQ function of engineering system capability is constructed, and the action plan of "three courses, two rings and one competition" is drawn up to realize the organic renewal of the training plan of civil engineering professionals.
