大学生主观幸福感与人格特征、人际信任及自尊、情商相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨大学生在情商、人格特征、人际信任与自尊对主观幸福感的关系。方法采用艾森克人格特征问卷、人际信任量表、自尊量表与情商量表分别对广西大学、广西师范大学两所高校所选取的针对实得有效问卷364名本科生和研究生以随机抽样问卷形式进行调查研究。结果大学生不同性别之间情商、主观幸福感存在显著差异,男生的情商显著高于女生,而女生的主观幸福感显著高于男生。主观幸福感与人际信任、情商之间均存在显著的正向相关关系,主观幸福感与人格特征之间存在显著的负向相关关系。情商在人格特征对主观幸福感的负向影响中起部分中介作用。结论影响大学生主观幸福感是多因素的,且情商、人际信任与幸福感之间存在正向相关关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between college students’ emotional intelligence, personality characteristics,interpersonal trust and self-esteem on subjective well-being. Methods The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Interpersonal Trust Scale, Self-Esteem Scale and Emotional Quotient Scale were used to randomly select 364 undergraduate and postgraduate students from Guangxi University and Guangxi Normal University. Forms are investigated. Results There were significant differences in emotional intelligence and subjective well-being between college students. The emotional intelligence of male students was significantly higher than that of female students, while the subjective well-being of female students was significantly higher than that of male students. There is a significant positive correlation between subjective well-being and interpersonal trust and emotional intelligence. There is a significant negative correlation between subjective well-being and personality characteristics. Emotional intelligence plays a partial role in the negative influence of personality traits on subjective well-being. Conclusion There is a multi-factor affecting subjective well-being of college students, and there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence, interpersonal trust and happiness.
