【摘要】 教育是传播文明、传递文化的行为体系,在其发展过程中,用文化知识作内容、以文化熏陶为目的、靠文化传承提境界、凭文化批判促创新,文化作为核心元素贯穿教育发展始终。但从当前教育文化核心竞争力提升实践看,既面临着行政式、功利性、利己化等文化要素不充分的问题,也面临着定位失准、意识不够、比重较低等文化结构不科学的问题,教育文化的发展方式亟待转型。从未来教育发展形势看,教育文化的传播与交流、延续和传承、应用和创新呼唤教育生态圈的建设。打造教育文化生态圈,应明确教育文化的进化属性、复合属性、循环属性,形成文化生态圈的前置条件,不断推动教育文化的资源整合、环境共生、多维结合、有序发展,从而形成教育文化核心竞争力并向文化生态圈的高层跃迁。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education is a behavioral system that spreads civilization and transmits culture. In the process of its development,education uses cultural knowledge as its content and cultural edification as its purpose,improves its soul through cultural transmission and promotes innovation through cultural criticism. So culture is the core element that runs through the whole development of education. From the current practice of promoting the core competitiveness of education and culture,however,the development of education is faced with not only insufficient cultural elements of administration,utilitarianism and egoism,but also unscientific cultural structures such as inaccurate positioning,insufficient consciousness and low proportion. Therefore,the development mode of education and culture urgently needs to be transformed. From the perspective of future development of education,communication and exchange,continuation and inheritance,application and innovation of educational culture call for the construction of educational ecosphere. To build the ecosystem of educational culture,we should make clear such properties of educational culture as evolution,compositeness and cyclicity to form the precondition of cultural ecosystem,and constantly promote the resources integration,environmental symbiosis,multi-dimensional combination,orderly development of educational culture to achieve the high-level transition from the core competitiveness of educational culture to cultural ecosystem.更多还原
