【摘要】 分析当前本科生诊断学教学中存在的问题,探讨电子标准化病人联合综合虚拟穿刺系统在诊断学教学中的应用。通过电子标准化病人学习查体,可以解决见习病例缺乏、查体练习不便等问题,虚拟模拟穿刺系统直观展示解剖层次结构,学生可以分步骤、分模式学习基本穿刺技能,将二者引入诊断学教学中,可提高学生学习兴趣和效率,保证诊断学教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the problems existing in the diagnostic teaching, and discussed the application of electronic standardized patients combined virtual puncture system in diagnostic teaching. Through electronic standardized patients learning physical examination, students can learn the symptoms of different diseases that may not be found in hospital and can practice physical examination which may be inconvenient for girls or foreign students. The virtual simulation puncture system displayed the anatomy directly, students could learn the basic puncture skills in steps and sub-modes. Introducing both into the teaching of diagnostics could significantly improve students’ interest and efficiency, and improved the quality of teaching for diagnostics.更多还原
