【摘要】 走中国特色新型工业化道路、建设创新型国家,亟须一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才。传统的高等工程教育,存在着人才培养模式落后、教学方法及内容陈旧、学生动手实践环节不足等诸多问题,影响了工程技术人才的培养质量。针对上述问题,文章根据燕山大学信息科学与工程学院(软件学院)创新创业基地在学生工程技术能力培养中的实践,对"双创"基地在高校工程技术人才培养中的作用进行了分析与探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 If we want to take the road of new industrialization with Chinese characteristics and build an innovative country,a large number of high-quality engineering and technical personnel with strong innovation ability are needed.However,there are still many problems in traditional higher engineering education,which deteriorate the quality of engineering and technical personnel.For example,the teaching and training mode is backward,the teaching methods and contents are outdated,and the practical training are insufficient.In response to above problems,in this paper,the practices in training students’ engineering abilities,which are used in school of information science and engineering of Yanshan university,are introduced.The role and function of the innovation and entrepreneurship base on the training of high-quality engineering and technical personnel is analyzed and discussed.更多还原
