学生标准化病人在生理学PBL教学中的应用
Supplementary Role of Student Standardized Patients With Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Physiology Teaching
【摘要】 随着标准化病人在医学教学中的应用,学生标准化病人(student standardized patients,SSP)的应用也得到不断的研究和探索。但学生标准化病人在医学教学中的应用大部分限于临床课程。为了提高生理学PBL教学效果,通过对学生标准化病人进行遴选、培训和最终具体应用在生理学PBL教学中,可以提高学生学习的兴趣,激发寻找问题和解决问题的动力;培养学生与患者的沟通意识,提高学生的人文素养;提高学生的专业课成绩。虽然学生标准化病人也有一定的局限性,如与真正的患者有差别,对学生评价的主观随意性较大,应用范围不够广泛,但较社会招募的标准化病人相比,学生标准化病人具有明显的优势,将学生标准化病人应用于生理学PBL教学中值得探讨。
【Abstract】 With the application of standardized patients in medical teaching, the application of Student Standardized Patients(SSP) has also been constantly studied and explored. However, most of the application of student standardized patients in medical teaching is limited to clinical courses. In order to improve the teaching effect of PBL on physiology, student standardized patients are selected and trained to applicate in PBL physiology teaching. It can improve the students’ learning interest and motivation to seek and solve problems, cultivate students’ awareness of communication with patients, improve students’ humanistic quality and professional courses results. Although student standardized patients have some limitations, such as difference between student standardized patients and real patients, the subjectivity for student evaluation and its narrow application field, they have obvious advantages compared with the standardized patients recruited by society. It is worth exploring that using the method of student standardized patients in physiology PBL teaching.
