苦楝种源苗期生长差异及优良种源选择研究

【摘要】 对采自江西、广东、福建、浙江等7省40个苦楝种源的种子进行育苗试验。对1年生苦楝苗期性状和生物性状进行观测调查,通过方差分析、多重比较、聚类分析等方法分析苦楝苗期苗高、地径生长量的种源间差异和相互关系。结果表明:苦楝种源间存在较丰富的遗传变异,不同种源间的苗高生长量和地径生长量存在极显著差异,初步筛选了江西宜春、江西龙南、江西吉安青原、江西南康、江西永新、广西北流、广西博白等7个苗期生长优良的种源。

【Abstract】 The seedling provenance trail of Melia azedarach containing 40 seedlots collected from 7 province like Jiangxi,Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang etc. With statistical method, such as variance analysis, multiple comparison and cluster analysis,the genetic variations of Melia azedarach were studied based on biomass and relative traits investigated in 1-year-old seedlings from different provenances. The results showed that there were abundant heritable variations in Melia azedarach, there were significant difference among provenances in seedling height and diameter. The superior provenances were screened out based on the indexes, namely, Yichun Jiangxi, Longnan Jiangxi, Qingyuan Jiangxi, Nankang Jiangxi, Yongxin Jiangxi, Beiliu Guangxi and Bobai Guangxi ect.
