混合动力商用车48 V动力系统设计及仿真
Design and Simulation of 48V Power System for Hybrid Commercial Vehicle
【摘要】 混合动力是当前商用车动力系统前沿技术之一.文中构建了某商用车轻度混合动力系统,采用AVISOR将轻度混合动力商用车和传统商用车的燃油经济性、动力性和排放特性进行了仿真对比分析.基于湖北省某道路工况,较之传统商用车:最大加速度提高3%;总耗油量节省1.61%,发动机平均热效率提高1.1%;NO_x排放量降低1.5%,制动回收的能量占刹车能量的16%.
【Abstract】 Hybrid power is one of the leading technologies in commercial vehicle power system.In this paper,a light hybrid power system of a commercial vehicle was constructed,and the fuel economy,power and emission characteristics between the light hybrid commercial vehicle and the traditional commercial vehicle were simulated and compared with AVISOR.Based on a road condition in Hubei Province,compared with traditional commercial vehicles,the maximum acceleration is increased by3%.The total fuel consumption is saved by 1.61%,and the average thermal efficiency of the engine is increased by 1.1%.NOx emission is reduced by 1.5%,and braking energy recovered accounts for16% of braking energy.
