【摘要】 医院内火灾事故频发使得医院安全管理工作面临巨大的挑战,如何降低医院建筑的火灾危险性以及提高人员安全疏散的可能性成为目前医院消防安全管理的重要课题。本文针对医院在火灾这类紧急事故下的火灾危险性以及人员疏散问题进行文献整理,并重点讨论了人员在医院火灾事故下进行紧急疏散时的相关内容。医院内行动不便的患者在疏散过程中需要重点关注,他们不仅需要医护人员借助轮椅/移动病床进行辅助移动,还需要利用电梯进行疏散。此外,保证辅助人员疏散的设施设备的可靠性以及加强对医护人员进行紧急疏散程序的训练也是医院在应对紧急情况时不能忽略的重要环节。希望本文所整理和探讨的内容能够为有关部门开展医院消防安全管理工作提供更全面的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Safety management of hospitals still faces enormous challenges due to the frequent occurrence of hospital fire. How to reduce the fire risk and safely evacuate people in hospitals have become important issues in fire safety management of hospitals. This article focuses on the identification of fire risks and problems for evacuation process, and discussion on the key points in hospital evacuations is also included. The disability of patients requires more attention in the evacuation process. Patients involving the use of wheelchairs and medical beds may need extra help from medical staffs, and elevator evacuation may not be avoidable. In addition, the reliability of evacuation facilities and evacuation training of medical staffs are significant aspects that cannot be ignored in safety management of hospitals. We expect that the review and discussions in this article can provide a comprehensive view for architects and engineers to conduct fire safety design and management for hospitals.更多还原
